  骨科修复重建外科(骨二科)为佛山市重点专科,科室以显微外科为基础,涵盖了手足外科、创伤骨科、修复重建外科、肢体矫形专科、骨髓炎专科。现有主任医师2名,副主任医师5名,主治医师5名,住院医师2名,硕博比达78.6%,是一支业务能力强,技术过硬,精力充沛,充满朝气和刻苦耐劳的医疗团队。设置固定病床80余张,年收治患者3650人,住院手术4650台,门诊手术1200台

  专科特色优势:修复重建外科是以显微外科技术为基础的特色优势专科。

  1、手外科:擅长各种复杂的手部外伤的救治,手部肌腱、神经、血管损伤的修复,各种先天性手部畸形的诊断及治疗,在手部外伤术后功能障碍的治疗、手部复杂损伤晚期修复与功能重建、手部肿瘤的诊断和治疗等领域都达到国内先进水平。

  2、显微外科:应用显微外科技术进行断指(肢)再植,已完成十指离断再植、五指离断再植、双前臂离断再植、手指再造等体现显微外科技术水平的手术。在肢体复杂组织缺损方面,应用各种游离组织皮瓣、肌皮瓣、骨瓣及岛状皮瓣修复肢体复合组织缺损。尤其擅长四肢复杂创伤的骨折、神经血管损伤、肌肉毁损的复合损伤救治和保肢治疗,以及后期的肢体功能重建。

  3、创伤骨科:各种类型尺桡骨远端、腕部、掌骨、指骨开放及闭合骨折的治疗;足部的各种开放、闭合骨折的治疗及四肢创伤骨折的治疗;四肢各种陈旧骨折畸形愈合的矫正和功能重建。

  4、肢体矫形专科:擅长手足部各种先天及后天性畸形的矫正和功能重建,如手部锤状指、多指、并指等畸形,足部扁平足、高弓足,马蹄内翻足,踇外翻等畸形及神经损伤后的手、足部及四肢功能障碍的肌肉移植及肌腱转位等功能重建。科室还开展了各种先天性及外伤后遗留的骨与关节畸形疾病的诊治工作,包括关节周围截骨术、关节融合术及关节畸形的矫正、功能重建术等。

  5、骨髓炎、骨感染专科:在严重肢体创伤、骨髓炎、骨感染、骨缺损诊治方面进行了深入的研究和探讨,开展了Ilizarov牵张成骨技术、Masquelet膜诱导技术及游离腓骨移植技术等,挽救了大量的患者的肢体,避免了截肢。 

  6.手部功能康复:自主研发的“组合式可调节手部多功能牵引支具”得到了广泛的应用,具有安装简便、可组合、可调节、多功能、价格低廉,佩戴舒适等特点,对手部瘢痕挛缩、肌腱粘连、关节僵硬等手部功能障碍的康复治疗均取得良好的效果,并进一步研制了“智能化手部多功能支具”。

  科室已承担省市级科研项目20余项,获广东省科学技术奖三等奖1项,佛山市科学技术奖二等奖1项、三等奖3项;在SCI录用杂志和国家级专业杂志上发表学术论文50余篇。科室主编出版了专著《手部肿瘤诊疗图谱》1部,由人民卫生出版社出版,参与编写专著2部。目前,获得及受理专利共40余项,并积极致力于科研成果转化。

  Department Introduction

  Repair and Reconstruction Surgery (Orthopedics Dept.2) is a key specialty in Foshan City. Based on microsurgery, the Department covers hand and foot surgery, trauma orthopedics, repair and reconstruction surgery, limb orthopedics and osteomyelitis. At present, there are 1 chief physician, 5 deputy chief physicians, 7 attending physicians, 1 resident physician, with a master-student ratio of 78.6%. It is a medical team with strong business ability, excellent technology, energy, vitality and hard work. There are more than 80 fixed beds, 3650 patients, 4650 inpatient operations and 1200 outpatient operations.

  Special Advantages of Specialist Department: Repair and Reconstruction Surgery is a specialty based on microsurgery technology.

  1. Hand surgery: We are good at the treatment of various complicated hand injuries, the repair of hand tendon, nerve and blood vessel injuries, the diagnosis and treatment of various congenital hand deformities. He has reached the domestic advanced level in the treatment of postoperative dysfunction of hand injuries, the late repair and functional reconstruction of hand complex injuries, the diagnosis and treatment of hand tumors and other fields.

  2. Microsurgery: replantation of severed fingers (limbs) with microsurgery technology has been completed, including replantation of ten severed fingers, replantation of five severed fingers, replantation of two severed forearms, finger reconstruction and other operations reflecting microsurgery technology level. In the aspect of complex tissue defects of limbs, various kinds of free tissue flaps, myocutaneous flaps, bone flaps and island flaps were used to repair compound tissue defects of limbs. In particular, he is good at the treatment of complex limb trauma fracture, nerve and blood vessel injury, muscle damage combined injury and limb salvage treatment, as well as the later reconstruction of limb function.

  3. Trauma orthopaedics: treatment of open and closed fractures of various types of distal radius and ulna, wrist, metacarpus and phalanges; treatment of open and closed fractures of foot and traumatic fractures of limbs; correction and functional reconstruction of malunion of various old fractures of limbs.

  4. Limb orthopedic Specialty: specializes in the correction and functional reconstruction of various congenital and postnatal deformities of the hand and foot, such as hammer fingers, multiple fingers, compound fingers and other deformities of the hand, flat feet, high arch feet, talipes varus, valgus valgus and other deformities of the foot, and functional reconstruction of muscle transplantation and tendon transposition after nerve injury. The Department also carried out the diagnosis and treatment of various congenital and post-traumatic bone and joint deformities, including osteotomy around the joint, arthrodesis, correction of joint deformities, functional reconstruction, etc.

  5. Osteomyelitis and bone infection: in-depth research and discussion have been made on the diagnosis and treatment of severe limb trauma, osteomyelitis, bone infection and bone defect. Ilizarov distraction osteogenesis technology, masquelet membrane induction technology and free fibula transplantation technology have been carried out to save a large number of patients' limbs and avoid amputation.

  6. Hand functional rehabilitation: the self-developed "combined adjustable hand multi-functional traction brace" has been widely used, with the characteristics of simple installation, combination, adjustment, multi-function, low price, comfortable wearing, etc., and the rehabilitation treatment of hand scar contracture, tendon adhesion, joint stiffness and other hand dysfunction has achieved good results, and further developed. "Intelligent hand multifunctional support".

  The Department has undertaken more than 20 provincial and municipal scientific research projects, won one third prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Award, one second prize and three third prize of Foshan Science and Technology Award, and published more than 50 academic papers in SCI recruitment magazines and national professional magazines. The chief editor of the Department published a monograph "Diagnosis and Treatment Atlas of Hand Cancer", which was published by People's Health Publishing House and participated in the compilation of two monographs. At present, 34 patents have been obtained and accepted, and they are actively committed to the transformation of scientific research achievements.
