The Office of Clinical Pharmacy is aimed to promote safe, effective and economical use of drugs. There are five clinical pharmacists in the office to provide pharmaceutical care. The pharmaciststake part in clinical rounds daily, receive clinical consultation, participate in treatment of critically ill patients, and carry out therapeutic drug monitoring for key cases to design individualized dosing regimens. They collect adverse drug reaction, drug safety and efficacy information to evaluate the drugs. They propagandize the knowledge of rational use of drugs (RUD), and formulate the regulations of RUD to monitor clinical use of drugs. Also they carry on the research of clinical use of drugs.
