About Nursing Department

　　BACKGROUND

　　Foshan hospital of Traditional Chinese Medical has over 50 years of history. Our nursing workforce is over 800. The nursing department was set up to engage our nurses in addressing challenges and promote development needs of the hospital.

　　OBJECTIVES

　　1.Promote professional development for nurses to facilitate further contribution to the service development and the staff training of the hospital.

　　2.Foster bonding and fellowship among nurses.

　　3.Provide a platform for nurses to synergize on the knowledge and experience for the betterment of patient care.

　　Terms of reference

　　1.Formulate direction and policies on engaging nurses in support of the services of the hospital.

　　2.Make proposal to hospital management on the annual plan of nursing quality control.

　　3.Carry out the plan as agreed with hospital management

　　4.Build up a nursing group to contribute to the hospital’s mission in pursuit of excellent service and promote the hospital in the community.
